Terms & Conditions for 2kbd Platform Use

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2kbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software code, database structures, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2kbd or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2kbd platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. 12.2 Account Closure by the User

12.3 Account Closure by 2kbd

13 Governing Law
